NZPI recently had the chance to visit penguin conservation groups in the Hauraki Gulf of New Zealand, supporting important training for kororā microchipping certification.

NZPI met different groups in Waiheke Island very keen on protecting their local kororā population.

Last month a cat was recorded on live camera inside a kororā colony in Wellington, and a few kororā deaths in Napier were linked to either dog or cat attacks. Here we talk about simple ways cat owners can prevent their furry companion from impacting our precious wildlife.
